SHIPPING & TRACKING
Currently we ship all orders with USPS, generally well within 24 hours from Ventura, California, Mondays-Thursdays. (Yes, we ship Fridays and Saturdays too, if we can.)
Priority Mail can take up to 3 business days to U.S. destinations, despite what USPS may say. First Class (Slow Flat Rate) can take 2-10 days to U.S. destinations, 6-30+ days for international. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship. It can take up to a day to be trackable, depending on when it gets scanned by USPS.
Orders received before 10:00 a.m. PST/PDT Monday-Thursday are usually shipped same day, but there can occasionally be an exception, so please calculate an extra day when you order just to be safe.
If you have any questions or special needs, we can help. Just call us at the retail store 805-648-6997 12-6 PST Tues.-Sun. or 3-6 Mondays. If we can’t pick up, it just means we got too busy with customers and will need to call you back. So be sure to leave a message!
New, unused items may be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at Service@Bettybelts.com with your order number and list item(s) you wish to return and reason. Or simply ship the item in any box with receipt (and a note) to:

We do not refund shipping costs unless item turns out to be defective. If this is the case, please send us am email and we will send you a return shipping label. We are too small of a company to cover the cost of free shipping and returns, so if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will pay for shipping. If ordering a ring, be sure to have a professional size you if you don’t know your ring sizes.
