SHIPPING & TRACKING
Currently we ship all orders USPS Priority Mail, which normally takes 3 days to all U.S. destinations. You will receive tracking information from USPS directly via email.
We ship Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders received before 10:00 A.M. PST on those days generally get shipped same day.
If you have any questions or special needs, we should be able to help. Just call us at 805-648-6997 12-6 PST Tues.-Sun. or 3-6 Mondays. Please remember we are a small operation running our walk-in retail store in our same location, so if we get really busy, it may take a bit to get back to you. Mahalo!
EXCHANGES
Unused items may be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at Service@Bettybelts.com with your order number and item you wish to return and why. Be prepared to ship the item in any box to us at:
