We stand behind our products and want you to enjoy them for many, many years. Betty Belts, Betty Belts Jewelry and Donna von Hoesslin signature designs are guaranteed as follows:

• Betty Belts Jewelry designs are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only & does not cover damaging/incidental wear & tear or other disqualifying damage. Items will be either repaired or replaced free of charge only while under our guarantee coverage policy. After 6 months, we offer repair services on qualifying items for a nominal fee.

Repair Service:

We offer repair services on all signature Betty Belts jewelry on a case-by-case basis, at any time after initial purchase. Nominal fees are charged depending on the nature/extent of the repair. There is no guarantee that your damaged jewelry can be refurbished to wearable condition, and/or returned to its brand-new condition after it has been repaired.

Recycling Credit:

Bring it back to us and receive 10% back on the base price of each item toward anything new in the shop or if you’re feeling crafty you can cut off the charms, glass, or pearls from the original thread yourself, and remake it into your own DIY masterpiece (we love that!)

Have some Betty silver or gold vermeil that’s seen better days, and now it’s beyond wearing comfortably? This offer not only covers our signature sterling Betty Belts designs, but also other jewelry made with surf resin, sea glass, and/or pearls, all of which can be recycled to make new pieces.
