We stand behind our products and want you to enjoy them for many, many years. Betty Belts, Betty B. Jewelry and Donna von Hoesslin signature designs are guaranteed as follows:

Betty Belts Jewelry designs are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only & does not cover damaging/incidental wear & tear or other disqualifying damage. Items will be either repaired or replaced free of charge only while under our guarantee coverage policy. After 6 months, we offer repair services on qualifying items for a nominal fee.
Repair Service: We offer repair services on all signature Betty Belts jewelry on a case-by-case basis, at any time after initial purchase. Nominal fees are charged depending on the nature/extent of the repair. There is no guarantee that your damaged jewelry can be refurbished to wearable condition, and/or returned to its brand-new condition after it has been repaired.
Recycling Credit: Additionally, even after the guarantee has lapsed, or, say, you accidentally vacuum up your ring or bent it skateboarding, we offer recycling credit toward a new purchase when any of our designs containing SEA GLASS, STERLING and/or PEARLS GEMSTONES is returned to our shop. - Please be sure to include the following information in your package: A note reading “RECYCLING CREDIT” and your name and a valid email address. Once the item is received, you’ll be sent a code via email to redeem your credit on our website. Credits issued as follows:
- Orig. price up to $30 gets $5 credit value
- Orig. price $31 -$50 gets $7 credit value
- Orig. price $51 – $100 gets $12 credit value
- Orig. price $101+ gets $20 credit value
- Anything above $150 value will be assessed on case by case basis
