  • What are my shipping options?

      We offer several different shipping methods based on your needed time frame and location: 

      • (1-4 business days) Fast Flat Rate USA only (USPS Priority) - $9.00
      • (2-10 business days) Slow Flat Rate USA only (USPS Ground Advantage) - $6.00
      • (15-30 business days) International Flat Rate (USPS First Class International/Global Post) - $22.00
      • Two-way shipping label (often used for exchanges, etc.)  - $12.00

      **Free Shipping with any $100 order (International orders excluded)**

    • How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

      You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed and ready to ship. If you have yet to receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, reply to your order confirmation email, and we will send it right over manually!

    • Is a shipping fee refundable if I receive an item and decide to return it?

      Refunds can only be distributed if the order received was incorrect from what was ordered.

    • RETURNS & WARRANTY
    • What's your return and/or exchange policy?
    • Is the guarantee and return policy the same for in-store and online purchases?

      Yes! No matter if you’re a local Betty or shopping globally, we hold the same standard for our 6-month guarantee (covers all jewelry manufacturing defects). We have a 2-week exchange policy for all in-person sales and a 30-day exchange policy for online purchases. We got you, babe!

    • What is the Betty Recycling Credit Program?

      Before you throw it away, bring it back! We offer a credit toward something new for those damaged or worn/old Bettys that are past their prime.

      Applied to any of our designs containing SEA GLASS, STERLING and/or PEARLS, GEMSTONES.

      Please be sure to include the following information in your package: A note reading “Returning for RECYCLING CREDIT” & an email address you check frequently. Once the item is received, you’ll be sent a code via email to redeem your credit on our website.

      Recycling Credits are as follows:

      If your item does not fall into the 6 month manufacturing guarantee then we can offer you 10% back on the base price of each item toward anything new in the shop or if you’re feeling crafty you can cut off the charms, glass, or pearls from the original thread yourself, and remake it into your own DIY masterpiece (we love that!)

    • What are the payment options for my online order?

      We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal here in the Betty Belts online shop.

      If you're shopping in person, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal as payment.

    • Can I use my Betty Bucks earned in the Ventura shop for an online order & vice versa?

      Betty Bucks are earned and redeemed separately online & in-store. This is something we deeply wish was an option, but we still have platform limitations that prevent this option.

    • Do you do custom orders?

      We do! Just choose from almost all of our sea glass jewelry styles offered in both 925 sterling silver and 24k gold vermeil, bring in your own special find, or choose from our pre-sorted selection of glass.

      **Please note our custom service takes about 2-3 months from start to finish, as our team will handcraft this piece just for you at our Bali studio**

      You can use our online custom form, or you can visit our store to create a custom.

    • How long does it take for a reply to a customer or order inquiry?

      A helpful Betty will get back to you within 24 hours. If you reach out via text or email, we'll often respond a lot sooner. A good ol' fashioned phone call during our operating hours of 12pm - 6pm daily (PST) *subject to change during COVID-19 conditions* is the best bet for the quickest answer.

      We'd love to help you directly any way you'd prefer.
